Zusammenfassung:	An oil block fence for the sea is provided to minimize the marine pollution caused by crude oil outflow by preventing the spread of oil by forming a fence body in the shape of a tube and forming oil block bodies in a double structure. An oil block fence(1) for the sea is used for minimizing the marine pollution caused by crude oil outflow, and composed of a tube-shaped body(10) formed in the fixed width and thickness to have buoyancy, block bodies(11) provided with a connector(12) composed of a zipper at two ends and a mat-shaped weight(13) filled with water to have the fixed weight at the bottom and coupled to the bottom of the body to face each other to form a double structure, and a space(14) formed in a space formed by coupling the block bodies to the bottom of the body in a double structure to secure a block space for preventing the spread of oil.
