Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a refrigerating and/or freezing apparatus, having a body and a door which can be pivoted in relation to the body of the apparatus by means of a bearing. Said bearing comprises a support connected to the apparatus body, a bearing bolt and an adjusting element, preferably an adjusting plate, whereby the support has at least one recess or bore, through which the bearing bolt extends and on the edge region thereof the head of the bearing bolt lies, whereby the adjusting element has a bore with an internal thread and is arranged, such that the support is received between the head of the bearing bolt and the adjusting element, whereby said bearing bolt has an external thread which engages the internal thread of the adjusting element and whereby the recess or bore of the support is embodied, such that the adjusting element can be displaced with the bearing bolt in relation to the support when said bearing bolt is loose.
