Zusammenfassung:	A structure for fixing a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and an LCD using the same are provided to form a joining groove at a guide protrusion of a lower substrate to minimize the number of fixing screws, thereby shortening the time for joining the PCB to a lower cover. A PCB(58) has at least one guide groove(58a). A lower cover(56) fixes the PCB to a rear surface thereof. A guide protrusion(57) is formed on the rear surface of the lower cover, wherein the guide protrusion is joined to the guide groove to fix the PCB. A joining groove(57a) is formed on a lateral surface of the guide protrusion. The joining grove is joined to the PCB through sliding, thereby fixing the PCB. A height of the joining groove is the same as a thickness of the PCB.
