A lightweight composite board for automotive interior parts such as a package tray, a door trim, a headliner, and a seat back panel is provided to obtain different moisture absorption ratio and rigidity for one part with the same weight and thickness, by blending thermoplastic fiber and natural fiber at a suitable ratio to form a multilayer structure, compressing and expanding the multilayer structure while controlling the dispersion of heat during thermal bonding. A lightweight composite board for automotive interior parts comprises an inner layer(2), and outer layers(1,3). The inner layer is integrally made of a blend of 40-90wt% base material with 10-60wt% natural fiber. The outer layers are attached at least one side of the inner layer, and is integrally made of a blend of 60-80wt% base material with 10-40wt% polyester, or 60-80wt% the base material, 15-25wt% polyester and 5-15wt% the natural fiber.
