Zusammenfassung: | A thin film solar cell capable of controlling intensity of incident light and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to control the intensity of the incident light according to the desired intensity of the incident light in various ranges. A solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells having a predetermined cutting gap in order to control intensity of incident light. The solar cell is formed with a stacked structure of a transparent conducting layer, a semiconductor layer, and an upper electrode layer(203). The cutting depth of the cutting gap is extended from an upper electrode layer to a semiconductor layer. A cutting direction of the cutting gap corresponds to an independently separate direction of the solar cell. The cutting direction of the cutting gap is vertical to a cell arrangement direction. |
