Zusammenfassung:An automatic message reply service supply system for calling subscribers and a method thereof are provided to automatically reply grateful greetings or publicity marks to particular customers who talked with a customer service provider over the telephone as text or voice messages, thereby offering more efficient customer management services. When automatic reply for service subscribers is requested from an MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(20), a customer reply management server(50) inquires about accounting details of an accounting server(40) to extract telephone numbers of customers who recently talked with a service subscriber over the telephone, and delivers a telephone number of the service subscriber, the telephone numbers of the customers, and previously registered automatic reply messages to a message reply center(60) if automatic reply standby time previously registered by the service subscriber elapses, so that automatic message reply processing is conducted for the customers.
