Zusammenfassung:A method of manufacturing multi layered insulation material by using a hot molten adhesive is provided to eliminate the problems in using conventional methods such as toxic organic glues and a gas lit fire to bond non woven fabric layers by slanting touch rolls to 40 to 50 degrees and allowing non woven fabrics to graze pass and coat the hot molten adhesive eluting at the tip of hot molten t guns. In manufacturing a multi layered insulation material comprised of a needle punch non woven fabric layer, emboss non woven fabric layer, and an aluminum foil layer interposed between needle punch and emboss non woven fabric layers, a hot molten adhesive(8), which is a thermoplastic resin, is used to bond the layers. Touch rolls(4), which are slanted to 40 to 50 degrees, allow non woven fabrics(9,10) to graze pass the hot molten adhesives eluting at the tip of hot molten adhesive guns(6) and coat the hot molten adhesives on the surfaces of the non woven fabrics.
