Zusammenfassung: | A roll-type brown rice cutter is provided to produce high-quality brown rice which contains its original nutritive elements, is easy to cook, and has a good chewing property. A roll-type brown rice cutter comprises: a lower roll(32) which has brown rice pits(31) on the circumstantial surface; an upper roll(35) which has round blades(33); and a rotating brush and a horizontal blade, both of which are installed near the lower roll in front of the upper roll. In the upper roll, spacers(34) are between the round blades. In the lower roll, blade grooves(37) are formed according to the middle of the brown rice pits. The spacer allows the round blades and the blade grooves to be formed in line each other, in which small ends(36) of 0.1~0.5mm enable the round blades to be slightly bent. The round blades cut the brown rice in the brown rice pits while rotating according to the blade grooves. The brown rice pit is 1~25% longer, 1~30% wider, and 0.5~1.5 times deeper than the biggest brown rice. The distance between the end of the round blade and the bottom of the brown rice pit is the thickness of the smallest brown rice minus 0.2~0.5mm. |
