Zusammenfassung:A drum type drying and washing machine, comprising a water tank (4), a rotary drum (5) rotatably disposed in the water tank (4), a heat exchanger for dehumidification for dehumidifying air led from the inside of the rotary drum (5) therein, a heater heating the air dehumidified by the heat exchanger for dehumidification, and a blower (131) leading the air in the rotary drum (5) to the heat exchanger for dehumidification and blowing the air heated by the heater into the rotary drum (5). A filter (160) is disposed in a suction port side route on the upstream side of an air flow produced by the blower (131) in a drying step between the rotary drum (5) and an air blowing part. The filter (160) is disposed to be dipped in a washing liquid supplied into the water tank in a washing step or a rinsing step.
