Zusammenfassung:An earth distribution method using a critical interval based on a GIS and its device are provided to perform rapidly an earth distribution process by grasping an interval corresponding to a total minimum carrying distance. An earth distribution information analysis module(110) receives at least one cutting location data, at least one earth and sand amount data, at least one rising location data, at least one earth and sand demand data, and a predetermined critical interval. A threshold distance production module(120) calculates a carrying distance according to the critical interval and produces a critical interval corresponding to the minimum carrying distance on the basis of the cutting location data, the earth and sand amount data, the rising location data, and the earth and sand demand data. An earth distribution module(130) decides the earth distribution on the basis of the critical interval produced from the threshold distance production module.
