Zusammenfassung:A pulley manufacturing method is provided to produce a pulley that has light weight and excellent strength, and emits heat effectively and is hardly deformed although the pulley is used for a long time by forming a metal workpiece of Al, Al alloy, Mg, or Mg alloy into a pulley in a semi-liquid or semi-solid state. A manufacturing method of a pulley comprises the steps of: injecting a molten metal material into a furnace(500) to form metal in a semi-liquid or semi-solid state; discharging the metal in the semi-liquid or semi-solid state from the molten metal, and pressurizing and injecting the discharged metal in the semi-liquid or semi-solid state into a mold cavity(640) to form a pulley(100); and ejecting the pulley from the mold cavity. The metal workpiece is made of any one of Al, Al alloy, Mg, and Mg alloy.
