Zusammenfassung:A flexible alloy which is cost effective, excellent in corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance to stainless steel is provided, and other automotive applications such as diesel exhaust gas coolers in which superior grain size control during high temperature brazing operations and superior braze fatigue properties are desired are provided. A corrosion resistant alloy consists essentially of, by weight percent: (a) 16 to 24% of Ni; (b) 18 to 26% of Cr; (c) 1.5 to 3.5% of Mo; (d) 0.5 to 1.5% of Si; (e) 0.001 to 1.5% of Nb; (f) 0.0005 to 0.5% of Zr; (g) 0.01 to 0.6% of N; (h) not more than 0.001 to 0.2% of Al; (j) less than 0.2% of Ti; and (k) less than 1% of Mn, trace impurities, and the balance of Fe. A corrosion resistant alloy consists essentially of, by weight percent: (a) 20 to 24% of Ni; (b) 20 to 24% of Cr; (c) 2 to 3% of Mo; (d) 0.5 to 1.2% of Si; (e) 0.001 to 0.5% of Nb; (f) 0.0005 to 0.2% of Zr; (g) 0.1 to 0.3% of N; (h) 0.005 to 0.02% of C; (i) 0.001 to 0.1% of Al; (j) 0 to 0.05% of Ti; and (k) less than 0.8% of Mn, trace impurities, and the balance of Fe. A corrosion resistant alloy consists essentially of, by weight percent: (a) 20% of Ni; (b) 24% of Cr; (c) 2.2% of Mo; (d) 1.2% of Si; (e) 0.02% of Nb; (f) 0.001% of Zr; (g) 0.25% of N; (h) 0.01% of C; (i) 0.01% of Al; (j) 0.01% of Ti; and (k) less than 0.5% of Mn, trace impurities, and the balance of Fe.
