MICRO PIEZOELECTRIC LINEAR ACTUATOR CAPBLE OF PREVENTATION FOR A REFLECTED WAVE

A micro piezoelectric linear actuator for preventing a reflected wave is provided to decrease influence on a motor's natural vibration by changing a path and a phase of the reflected wave by making a groove in a binding surface of a fixed end. A micro piezoelectric linear actuator for preventing a reflected wave includes a piezoelectric material(120), a movement axis(130), a base(110), and a reflected wave preventing groove(111). The piezoelectric material is made by laminating a number of piezoelectric elements and generates vibration toward the laminated direction. The movement axis is installed in an end of the piezoelectric material in a body. The other end of the piezoelectric material is installed in the base of a body. The base is installed in a fixed surface. The reflected wave preventing groove to reduce a reflected wave is formed on the side of the base.
