SLIDING-TILT UNIT AND MOBILE APPLIANCE ADOPTING THE SAME

A sliding-tilt unit and a mobile device adopting the same are provided to make a part of a body of the mobile device combined to be tiltable and slidable and to enable a user to watch multimedia information easily in a portable state or a cradled state. A mobile device adopting a sliding-tilt unit comprises the first body(1), the second body(2) and a tilting hinge. The second body(2) is slidable with respect to the first body(1). The tilting hinge combines the first body(1) with the second body(2) for making the second body(2) tilt with respect to the first body(1). A part of the second body(2) is folded with the first body(1) before the second body(1) slides. Either the first body(1) or the second body(2) includes an image display window(30), an audio outputting unit(33), an audio outputting hole through which sound is outputted from the audio outputting unit(33) and operating units(31,32).
