Zusammenfassung:	A transmission line transformer having high impedance transformation and suitable for miniaturization is provided to facilitate miniaturization by replacing a part of a transmission line with an inductor or a capacitor. A transmission line transformer having high impedance transformation and suitable for miniaturization includes a primary side transmission line(303), an insulating layer, and a secondary side transmission line(304). The insulating layer is formed on the primary side transmission line. The secondary transmission line has smaller width than the primary side transmission line to be arranged on the insulating layer in parallel with the first transmission line. A capacitor is connected to at least one of the first and second transmission lines in parallel.
