Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a composition containing, as a stabilizer component, 0.0001-1 part by mass of at least one phenol compound represented by the general formula (1) or (2) below per 100 parts by mass of a siloxane compound having an-HSiRO-unit (wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group having 1-8 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1-8 carbon atoms or a phenoxy group).
