Zusammenfassung:A system for treating wastewater is provided to measure simultaneously and directly the densities according to depths of the wastewater having a multi-layer structure without disturbance of liquid. A hydrometer(1) is composed of a plurality of hydrometer balls and a net-type cage(17) for confining the hydrometer balls. The hydrometer balls have different specific gravities such that the hydrometer balls are observed at different observation positions according to depths of wastewater. The hydrometer balls have different colors according to the specific gravities thereof. A precipitating bath has an outer wall(20) on which a transparent glass is formed at a position corresponding to the cage.
