ELECTRO LUMINESCENCE DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

An electro luminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce an increase of thickness and an internal total reflection by forming a transparent optical sheet on which a plurality of rough structures are arrayed in two-dimension. An electro luminescence device includes a light emitting body, a transparent optical sheet(200), and a reflective transparent optical sheet(300). The light emitting body is emitted by a light emitting material formed between electrodes. The transparent optical sheet(200) is formed on a light emitting plane of the light emitting body. A plurality of rough structures are formed on a surface of the transparent optical sheet(200). The reflective transparent optical sheet(300) is formed on an opposite plane corresponding to the light emitting plane of the light emitting body. A plurality of rough structures are formed on the surface of the reflective transparent optical sheet(300). A reflective layer is formed on a front plane of the reflective transparent optical sheet(300).
