Zusammenfassung: | A production method using liquid forging and hot shaping is provided to improve the quality of products having height remote from a melt pouring point by using a liquid press combined with pressure process. During the production of products having a cross sectional variation and/or an outer flange which is distant from a melt pouring point injecting metal or alloy, the crystallization pressure value is determined by P, and the deformation rate and temperature is epsilon and T. In given metal or alloy, the P, epsilon, and T are plastic deformation parameters under the superplasticity state, and the pressure to the P value is occurred during the t time starting from punching on the surface of a molten metal by a punch to the crystallization at the portion which is the most remote from the melt pouring point having the smallest cross section area and injecting the molten metal. The temperature of die is selected according to the conditions of applying the plastic deformation under the superplasticity state, or considering the temperature of the molten metal ensuring the preservation of metal or alloy under the liquid state during the t time period. During the production of the products having the outer flange such as automobile wheels, the additional plastic deformation of the outer flange is executed at the superplasticity state to the press. |
