Zusammenfassung:A carbonate self-removing circulation-type plating device and a plating method thereof are provided to keep favorable quality of a plating solution inside a plating tank and to decrease the volume of a cooling tank by using a medium keeping tank and a returned medium keeping tank. A carbonate self-removing circulation-type plating device comprises a carbonate cooling tank(100), a plating tank(300), a medium keeping tank(200), and a returned medium keeping tank(400). The carbonate cooling tank includes a cooling pipe(110) with a heat exchanging temperature under carbonate condensing temperature, and a discharge valve(120) to discharge a carbonate melting solution to an outside selectively. The plating tank keeps a plating solution without carbonate, and has a heater increasing the temperature of the plating solution according to a pre-set plating condition. The medium keeping tank is connected with a circulation passage(220) providing a passage circulating the plating solution at an inside of the plating tank, to mediate a supply and temperature changes of the plating solution to the plating tank at the carbonate cooling tank. A regular quantity of the plating solution without carbonate, which is more than a set quantity, is flowed and kept at the medium keeping tank through a discharge passage(130) formed at an upper part of the carbonate cooling tank. The returned medium tank is installed on a returning passage(420) forming a passage for returning and flowing the plating solution of the plating tank to the carbonate cooling tank, to mediate the supply and the temperature changes of the plating solution from the plating tank to the carbonate cooling tank.
