Zusammenfassung:A length-adjustable bracelet or wrist band is provided to solve the problem which is caused when continuously adjusting a link for a watch or ornament, and to achieve the flexible length of the link by using a stopper which is attached to the link without removing an arbitrary part of the watch or ornament. A length-adjustable bracelet or wrist band includes: a link(38), having two ends for building up a first fixing point(48) and a second fixing point(54) of an attaching portion; a stopper(34), having a through hole through which the first link is passed, a removing unit(42) for fastening the link into the through hole, and a fixing unit(44) for fixing one of the ends of the first link; and a fastening element(50), connected with the first fixing point of the attaching portion, wherein the link is fixed to the stopper through the second fixing point of the attaching portion by using the fixing unit.
