Zusammenfassung: | A manufacturing method of a steel pipe for automobile parts, which can effectively improve stiffness and shock absorbing capability of the steel pipe by forming a steel pipe with high strength easily and making it possible to change the cross-sectional shape of the steel pipe, and a steel pipe for automobile parts manufactured by the same are provided. A manufacturing method of a steel pipe for automobile parts comprises: a step(ST10) of preparing a steel sheet containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of boron(B), chromium(Cr), molybdenum(Mo), vanadium(V) and nickel(Ni); a step(ST20) of making a steel pipe from the steel sheet; a step(ST30) of heating the steel pipe to a temperature corresponding to an austenite region; a step(ST40) of rapidly transferring the steel pipe to a press mold at a speed within a limit range in which a ferrite or bainite phase is not formed; and a step(ST50) of simultaneously quenching the steel pipe within the press mold and forming the steel pipe such that the steel pipe has a predetermined shape along a length direction thereof. The manufacturing method further comprises the step(ST60) of tempering the steel pipe for automobile parts at a temperature of 150 to 400 deg.C. |
