Zusammenfassung:A structure for an extreme thermal cycle is provided to reduce stress thermally caused between a vessel and a supporting element by providing a uniform temperature gradient between the vessel and the supporting element. A structure for an extreme thermal cycle includes a support member(14). The support member supports a container(12) to which pressure is applied. The container includes a lower slope portion extending beneath a knuckle. A part of the support member tapers inward beneath the knuckle, is connected to a slope surface of the lower slope portion, and supports the container by a bearing and friction force. The support member includes a cylinder portion for enclosing a part of a cylinder portion of the container. A high temperature mastic layer is formed between the container and a bearing surface on the support member. The support member includes a continuous skirt wall(30). The support member includes bearing plates, which are mounted on plural structural members. The support member has an annular upper portion, which encloses a part of the cylinder portion of the container.
