Zusammenfassung:	A dryer and a method for controlling the dry time are provided to drive the dryer more efficiently even when the laundry is in a small amount and to set dry time more accurately by measuring humidity of the laundry using a peak-to-peak method. A method for controlling dry time comprises the steps: measuring humidity by using a humidity sensor of a dryer(S10); calculating an average value of humidity by using difference between maximum and minimum humidity value measured within predetermined range(S20); setting entire dry time by using the average value(S30); measuring voltage outputted from a temperature sensor and the humidity sensor after initially setting the dry time(S50); and re-setting the remaining dry time when the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor output same voltages(S60).
