Zusammenfassung:An improved process for producing mixed cement containing a high content of fly ash is provided to improve the energy consumption efficiency by substituting a part of cement clinker with fly ash, to reduce emission of carbon dioxide, and to improve the quality and cost-efficiency of the mixed cement product. A process for producing mixed cement containing a high content of fly ash comprises the steps of: (i) milling cement clinker with a ball mill in a dry state for 30-60 minutes; (ii) milling fly ash in an attrition mill by a high energy milling system under a ratio of fly ash:water of 1:1-1:2 and a ratio of fly ash to milling balls of 1:5-1:15 for 5-15 minutes, or dry-milling fly ash in a vacuum mill for 15-30 minutes; (iii) removing water from the resultant slurry, followed by drying; and (iv) mixing 25-75 wt% of high-energy milled fly ash, 25-75 wt% of ball milling treated clinker and 1-5 wt% of gypsum.
