Zusammenfassung:A method of manufacturing bean powder by soaking beans in water, heating, drying and grinding the soaked beans is provided. The bean powder retains nutrients and nutty taste as it were and is convenient to eat, store and distribute. Beans are soaked in water for about 2hr, heated, dried at 60deg.C for 2 days in a dryer to a moisture content of 2 to 10% and ground to 30 to 200meshes. The bean powder is mixed with one or more components selected from garlic, salt, ginger, chlorella, mushroom, kelp, jujube fruit and ginseng.
