Zusammenfassung:	A stretchable absorbent article comprises a stretchable backsheet and an absorbent core that is at least partially enveloped by a stretchable core wrap. The absorbent core has a quantity of superabsorbent materials contained within a matrix of polymer fibers. The stretchable core wrap has a mean flow pore diameter of less than about (41) microns. The stretchable article may additionally have a stretchable bodyside liner as well as other stretchable components. The stretchable absorbent article can provide greater performance as well as greater comfort and confidence among the user.
