Zusammenfassung: | A molybdenum oxide briquette which improves actual yield of molybdenum oxide by preventing a problem that molybdenum oxide is lost in a gas phase, and is advantageous in the production of clean steel by maximally suppressing the deterioration of steel cleanliness that can be generated during the injection of molybdenum oxide, and a method of producing the same are provided. A molybdenum oxide briquette for manufacturing clean steel comprises 40 to 85 wt.% of molybdenum oxide(MoO3), 10 to 30 wt.% of low melting point slag melt, 5 to 30 wt.% of aluminum chips, and 2 to 10 weight parts of a binder when the total weight of the molybdenum oxide, the low melting point slag melt and the aluminum chips is 100 weight parts. A method of producing molybdenum oxide briquette comprises: a first step of mixing and stirring 40 to 85 wt.% of molybdenum oxide(MoO3), 10 to 30 wt.% of low melting point slag melt, 5 to 30 wt.% of aluminum chips, and 2 to 10 weight parts of a binder when the total weight of the molybdenum oxide, the low melting point slag melt and the aluminum chips is 100 weight parts together with water; a second step of molding the mixture into briquettes with a grain diameter of 5 to 50 mm; and a third step of drying the molded molybdenum oxide briquettes at a temperature of 100 to 300 deg.C. |
