APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANAGING RESOURCE USING VIRTUAL ID UNDER MULTIPLE JAVA APPLICATIONS ENVIRONMENT

An apparatus and a method for managing resources using virtual ID(Identification) under multiple java applications environment are provided to prevent an error that duplicated release, not an object, is performed when applications are closed under the applications environment by performing the allocation and release of resources by using the virtual ID under the multiple java applications environment. An apparatus for managing resources using virtual ID(Identification) under multiple java applications environment comprises the followings: a resource managing unit(354) which requests resource allocation and resource release if the resource allocation and the resource release are requested from applications; a virtual ID generator(351) which generates virtual ID corresponding to the resources allocated from an operation system; an ID searching unit(353) which searches the presence of the virtual ID if the applications request the resource release by using the virtual ID.
