Zusammenfassung:A processing method of an ATC(Automatic Tool Changer) ball-cam is provided to reduce costs by preventing interference between a tool and a workpiece using a three-axis machining tool, an indexing table and a spherical end mill. A processing method of an ATC ball-cam is characterized in that a ball lace(4) of a ball-cam(1) is processed by using a four-axis machine and a spherical end mill(7) having a spherical cutting blade. The four-axis machine is formed by coupling a one-axis rotatable indexing table to a three-axis machining tool capable of transferring an object in X, Y and Z axis directions. The spherical cutting blade of the spherical end mill is inclined upward by 30 to 65 degrees with respect to a horizontal center line of the sphere.
