TURNING TYPE PULP MOLDING APPARATUS ON STRAIGHT TABLE

A metal mold apparatus for forming a pulp mold is provided to remove or decrease burrs generated during a forming process, and reduce the time for forming the pulp mold. A plurality of lower metal molds(20) are linearly arranged on a linear dice. When the lower metal molds are upwardly opened, and a plurality of upper metal molds(30) gears into the lower metal molds to perform a second formation. A pulp box(50) is positioned below the dice. When the lower metal molds is downwardly opened, an initial metal mold(40) gears into the lower metal molds to perform a first formation. A moving unit(60) moves on a rail, which is installed in parallel with the dice, to transfer the pulp box to a space below the next lower metal mold. An output unit is disposed below the lower metal molds to transfer a formed pulp mold to the outside.
