Zusammenfassung:	A carrier plate with a trim receiver is provided to improve efficiency of assembling work by removing the process for connecting the door trim to an inner door structure including sheet metal. A carrier plate(16) for a vehicle comprises a plate body and a trim receiver(20). The plate body supports at least one window regulator component. The trim receiver is a portion of the plate body and cooperates with a door trim connector such that a portion of a door trim is fixed to the plate body. The plate body and the trim receiver are integrally formed by using plastic material. The trim receiver includes a sound absorbing member(44), which cooperates with the door trim connector to reduce the noise occurring at an interface between the door trim and the carrier plate.
