According to an exemplary embodiment, an apparatus (100) includes a first processor (50) operative to provide at least one of an audio and video output during a first mode. A second processor (60) is operative to provide a picture cropping function during a second mode by enabling a user to crop a picture using discrete navigation keys (11, 13, 15, 17) of a user input device (10) of the apparatus (100).
