PREDICTION METHOD FOR EARNING RATE IN CONSTRUCTION

A method for predicting profitability of construction is provided effectively to predict the profitability of construction performed in an overseas country by extracting a construction profitability prediction method from a plurality of sample overseas construction projects. The plurality of factor data affecting profitability prediction of the construction is displayed. A level for each factor is evaluated and evaluated level data of each factor is inputted. Score data of each factor is calculated by analyzing the level data of each factor. A regression coefficient corresponding to each factor score data is calculated by a multiple regression analysis. Evaluation data for the profitability of the overseas construction is calculated by applying the factor score data and the regression coefficient. An evaluation report is made by using profitability evaluation data.
