Zusammenfassung:A gamma voltage generating apparatus and a display device having the same are provided to enhance image quality of the display device by removing an output deviation between driving chips. A display device includes a display panel, plural driving chips(210,220), and data drivers(214,224). A gamma voltage generating apparatus of the display device includes plural gamma resistors, output terminals, and a stabilizing circuit(250). The gamma resistors are formed in the driving chip. The gamma resistor is series-connected between source and ground terminals. The output terminals are directly connected to the data driver, and output gamma voltages, which are divided by the respective gamma resistors, to the data drivers. The stabilizing circuit is electrically connected to the output terminals and arranged on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board), which is formed at one side of the display panel, and stabilizes the gamma voltages.
