Zusammenfassung:	A transfer and a method for manufacturing a display device by using the same are provided to dispose a vacuum pad unit of the transfer at a desired position in a detachable type, thereby easily controlling the position of the vacuum pad unit. A vacuum pad unit(120) absorbs a display panel on which a driving chip is to be mounted and an anisotropic conductive film is to be attached. A clamp unit changes the movement position of the vacuum pad unit. The clamp unit is attachable to or detachable from the vacuum pad unit. A guide block(106) guides the movement position of the vacuum pad unit. A first cylinder(110) and a second cylinder(108) elevate the transfer. A first holding member(116) is joined to upper portions of the first cylinder and the second cylinder through coupling members. A second holding member(114) is joined to lower portions of the first cylinder and the second cylinder.
