CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

Provided are a curing resin composition which has an excellent adhesive strength and minimizes the elution of uncured product into liquid crystal, and a liquid crystal display device prepared by using the composition as a liquid crystal sealer. The curing resin composition comprises a partial epoxy acrylate obtained by reacting an epoxy compound represented by a formula 1 and (meth)acrylic acid; a radical photopolymerization initiator; and a thermal curing agent, wherein n is 0-3; and m is 0-5 if R is H or m is 1-5 if R is CH3. Preferably the radical photopolymerization initiator is represented by a formula 2, wherein R5 is a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, a C1-C4 alkyl group, a C1-C4 alkoxy group, or a carbonyl group substituted with a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group; and R6 to R11 are independently H, a C1-C4 alkyl group, a C1-C4 alkoxy group, a cyano group, or a halogen atom.
