Zusammenfassung:	An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to improve the grounding characteristic of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and a top case, by improving the structure of the top case so that the top case is directly contacted with grounding pads of the PCB. An LCD panel(120) has an upper substrate and a lower substrate facing each other. A backlight assembly is disposed on a lower surface of the LCD panel to supply light to the LCD panel. A support main(140) receives the LCD panel and the backlight assembly. A PCB(122) is connected to one side of the LCD panel, and disposed on a lower surface of the support main. Integrated Circuits are mounted on the PCB to supply driving signals to the LCD panel. A grounding pad(128) is formed on the PCB. A top case(123) covers the edge of a front surface of the LCD panel. The top case is connected to the grounding pad.
