The Lactobacillus plantarum K8 which is isolated from kimchi and includes Th1 immunoreaction is deposited with a deposition number KCTC10887BP. The food is fermented by using the Lactobacillus plantarum K8. The health functional food comprises the Lactobacillus plantarum K8.
