Zusammenfassung:	A valve structure and a valve device having the same are provided to restrain materials from being deposited on a surface of a valve disc by preventing direct collision of a fluid with the surface of the valve disc. In a valve structure, a pipe section(4) formed in a valve disc(3) enters a valve hole(1). A shaft is connected to the rear surface of the valve disc. The shaft is connected to a reciprocal movement mechanism disposed outside a valve chamber. A bellows is formed on the rear surface of the valve disc so that a space of the reciprocal movement mechanism can be sealed. The bellows covers a region surrounding the shaft. One end of the bellows is connected to the rear surface of the valve disc and the other end thereof is bonded to the inner wall surface of the valve.
