An article managing module and an article managing device including the same are provided to enable a manager to automatically check/manage history of articles stored in an article storage case without opening the case by providing barcode information of the article to the manager through an RFID technology. The article managing module(10) includes a barcode reader(100) reading the barcode information of the articles, an RF tag(200) including a tag storing part(230) storing the barcode information and a controller(240), and a temperature sensor(400) detecting internal temperature of the article storage case. The controller updates the tag storing part by processing the tag information received from the barcode reader and transmits information stored in the tag storing part to a tag reader(50) through RF communication. The controller processes and records the detected internal temperature to the tag storing part. The module is attached or is combined to the article storage case.
