MOBILE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING STUDENTS' EDUCATIONAL PROCESS BY TEACHER, AND FOR ACCESSING MULTIMEDIA CONTENTS BY STUDENTS

A system and a method for managing the progress of classwork for teachers and searching for multimedia contents for students using mobile terminals are provided to maintain close exchange between a teacher and a student by enabling the teacher to make a call after confirming study management information for the student with the student's image and enabling the student to execute telephone conversation after confirming a study data list with the teacher's image. A teacher or student's mobile terminal in a system for managing the progress of classwork for teachers and searching for multimedia contents for students comprises an input unit, a study management contents setup unit, and an output unit. The input unit is used to input study management information. The study management contents setup unit sets up the regeneration of multimedia study contents, stored in the memory unit of a computer installed in a mobile switching center or a base station, or multimedia study contents, stored in the memory unit of the mobile terminal. The output unit outputs the multimedia study contents. In this case, the mobile terminal regenerates the multimedia study contents through the output unit together with the other side's image according to a detected state when call origination is attempted.
