Zusammenfassung:A system and a method for managing a mobile number assigned to kids are provided to improve profitability by assigning the mobile number to a newborn baby on the basis of new subscriber security, providing various childcare information, and providing an actual user changing service after the newborn baby grows a predetermined level. A communicating module(210) is connected to a mobile phone to receive the childcare information by connecting to the mobile network. A mobile number receiver information database(220) stores personal information of the newborn bay receiving the mobile phone. A childcare information database(230) stores the childcare information provided to the mobile phone. A controller(200) controls connection between the communicating module and the databases, and information transfer. The childcare information includes medical data, education data, and human nature data of the newborn baby.
