Zusammenfassung:	An under-lifter of a tractor is provided to stably perform a locking operation by telescoping a holder frame of a holder bracket according to the diameter of the wheels of the tractor. An under-lifter of a tractor includes a boom frame(110), a rotatable bracket(120), a pair of support frames(130,140), and holder brackets. The boom frame is telescopically installed at the rear end of the tractor. The rotatable bracket is rotatably installed at an end of the boom frame. The support frames are installed in the rotatably bracket so as to be opposite to each other. The support frames are perpendicular to the boom frame. The holder brackets are rotatably installed in the support frames respectively to lock and unlock the wheels of a pulled vehicle. The holder brackets include holder frames(151a,161a,151b,161b) rotatably and telescopically installed in the support frames respectively and holder members disposed perpendicular to ends of the holder frames.
