Zusammenfassung:	A method and an apparatus for transmitting a data packet are provided to solve a problem that a current transmitter/receiver package design is dependent upon each customer that generates an individualized solution for solving a stall, so a plurality of different solutions are generated for the same problem and most of them are not compatible. A data packet is received. An indication that transmission of the data packet was interrupted before the entire data packets were received is received. An integrity value of the data packet is stored in response to the indication of the interruption. An EOP(End Of Packet) mark of the data packet is received. The stored integrity value is inserted in transmission of the data packet in response to the received EOP mark.
