Zusammenfassung:	A method and a device for measuring the characteristic of a rotating body are provided to easily test the rotating body in an area incapable of transmitting and receiving data by attaching a data storing unit to the rotating body, and to obtain exact information data by storing the measured characteristic of the rotating body in the data storing unit. A method for measuring the characteristic of a rotating body(10) is composed of attaching a measuring sensor(20), an amplifier(30), and a data storing unit(40) to the rotating body; sensing the rotational characteristic of the rotating body with the measuring sensor; amplifying a detection signal of the measuring sensor, and then transmitting the amplified detection signal to the data storing unit and storing the signal in the data storing unit; and analyzing information stored in the data storing unit through an analysis unit(50) after finishing a rotation test.
