Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for carding an artificial fiber is provided to make a stable fiber wave, thereby giving a strong elasticity to the artificial fiber, by compulsorily exhausting air within an air duct installed in a piercing cylinder when a stable fiber crosses the piercing cylinder. An apparatus cards a stable fiber, in which polyester and low melt are mixed, by making the stable fiber through a surface of a main cylinder and a surface of a piercing cylinder(11) adjacent to the main cylinder. An air duct(20) is fixedly installed within the piercing cylinder, wherein the air duct and the piercing cylinder have the same center. A vent hole is lengthily formed on a surface of the piercing cylinder, which faces a main cylinder. When a stable fiber crosses the piercing cylinder, air within the air duct is compulsorily exhausted so that a portion of the stable fiber is inserted into the vent hole of the piercing cylinder.
