SYSTEM OF CALL CONTROL BY RESERVING AND MANAGING NETWORK RESOURCES IN QOS-GUARANTEED NETWORK AND METHOD THEREOF

A system and a method for controlling a call by reserving or releasing network resources in a QoS-guaranteed network are provided to guarantee QoS by controlling the inflow of a traffic flow to a transmission network and allocating network resources to approved service traffic, and approves or release call generation by recognizing a traffic transmission-possible label switching path and resource situation. A message generating unit(101) receives resource reservation request information from a call agent, converts it into pre-set resource reservation information, and generates a request message with respect to the resource reservation request information. A call generation approving and releasing unit(102) searches a label switching path of a transmission target traffic by referring to the request message, determines whether to approve call generation with respect to the searched switching path, and approves the resource reservation request information.
