A reusable home-delivery label waybill integrated with an RFID tag is provided to raise efficiency of logistics information management by integrating the RFID tag and a label waybill, and reduce the RFID tag by collecting the RFID tag and a collection label to receive confirmation from a receiver after an article is delivered to the receiver. A printing paper layer(100) has the first surface layer(110) having a printable surface, and the second surface layer(130) having the printable surface and combined with the first surface layer along a part of a boundary of the first surface layer. A cutting line(160) is formed to the part of the boundary between the first and second surface layer. An adhesive layer is formed to a rear side, which is an area excluding the rear side of the first surface layer among the rear side of the printing paper layer, of the second surface layer. A release paper layer(300) is separably attached to the adhesive layer at the rear side of the printing paper layer. An RFID tag layer(170) is arranged to one side of the first surface layer and stores the logistics information.
