Zusammenfassung: | Provided are a separation plate for a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell, which is capable of weight reduction, prevents corrosion, is economical, and has excellent physical properties, and a manufacturing method thereof. The separation plate for a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell is manufactured by the steps of: mixing 75-85wt% of graphite having a particle size of 10-200mum, 13.5-22.5wt% of a phenol resin, and 1.5-2.5wt% of a hardener; dispersing the mixture in a mold; shaping the mixture dispersed in the mold; and heat-treating the shaped mixture at 100-120°C. In order to prevent stress concentration on the corner parts of the separation plate channels, the corner parts of the mold are processed into a round shape. |
